Ça y est la couleur des arbres commence à changer et c’est une jolie saison qui nous ouvre ses portes à présent, l’automne. Mais qui automne ne veut pas dire journées maussades et tristes (enfin pas que), pensez à ces belles journées d’automne (comme aujourd’hui d’ailleurs), où il fait bon d’aller encore faire une petite balade. Et bien c’est en pensant à tout ça que j’ai fait cette salade composée d’automne joliment colorée. Et puis c’est aussi les jolis étals de mon producteur au marché qui m’ont inspiréechou rouge, mâche, pear and walnuts are therefore included.

Autumn mixed salad

Ingredients (pour 2 people)

  • 1/2 little red cabbage
  • 2 handles of lamb's lettuce
  • 1 pear
  • 40 grams of walnuts
  • 4 c. at c. walnut oil
  • 2 c. at c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. at c. de shoyu (optional)
  • You sell

Description

Wash and separate the lamb's lettuce bouquets.

Cut the red cabbage finely using a knife or mandolin.

Cut the peeled pear into quarters.

Assemble the different ingredients then add the nuts.

Make the vinaigrette by mixing the walnut oil, vinegar and shoyu. Emulsify then add a pinch of salt.

Add the vinaigrette to the salad and enjoy immediately.
