Endive winter salad, attorney, pear, radishes and mozzarella

Salade d'hiver d'endives

Salade d'hiver d'endives

Cette salade est parfaite, à la fois croquante, fondante, acidulée, amer et douce… just the way I like them.

Endive winter salad, attorney, pear, radishes and buffalo mozzarella

Ingredients (pour 4)

  • 3 endive
  • 1 attorney
  • 2 pears (Here's a dirty pass)
  •  1/2 radis rose long
  • 1 buffalo mozzarella
  • The juice of a lemon
  • Vegetable oil of your choice (avocado oil for me)

Description

Separate the endive leaves and wash them.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and cut it into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Wash the pears, cut them into quarters, hollow them out and cut them into quarters.

Wash the radish then make thin slices using a mandolin or a knife.

Assemble all the vegetables then add the mozzarella pieces.

Form the vinaigrette with the lemon juice and oil and pour over the salad.

I had already seen pear and avocado as a salad, I loved. I wouldn't have thought of adding mozzarella at all.! To try so!
