Strawberry ice cream, basil and olive oil

Sorbet fraise

The best thing about homemade ice cream is that you know what you're putting in it and with an ice cream maker it doesn't take more than 5 minutes of preparation. good okay, if you don't have an ice cream maker you will have to work a little harder and stir the ice cream from time to time, but I swear to you that at the tasting you will be proud of yourself ! I can only tell you : in summer, eat ice cream (and drink water too !) !

Well I leave you with the recipe, I have swimming pool !!!

The colors of your sorbet are MAGNIFICENT !
But say, how do you make beautiful balls like that ? I love making ice cream but it's always too hard to make pretty presentations.

Thank you miss ! I let the ice cream warm up a bit before making my balls so it's perfect !
