Tagliatelles sauce roquefort

Voici une recette végétarienne toute simple pour les jours où il faut faire vite pour cuisiner ou pour les soirs où une envie de pâte se fait sentir !!!

Monsieur adore les pâtes et m’en réclame tout le temps. Son assaisonnement préféré, I grind them, mais si je l’écoutais on ne mangerais plus que ça !!! Cependant il n’aime pas tellement le roquefortalors j’ai profité d’être seule à la maison pour me faire mes pâtes à moi. Oat cream for lightness, you roquefort (because I love !!!) and tomatoes for freshness, a perfect recipe with good fresh pasta!

Tagliatelle with Roquefort sauce and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients (pour 1 !)

  • Good fresh pasta, tagliatelle for me
  • 20 tbsp oat cream
  • 30 roquefort g
  • A dozen cherry tomatoes (here pigeon hearts)
  • Salt and pepper


Cook the pasta as directed on the package, personally I prefer them "al dente" but that's a matter of taste and another debate !

Meanwhile prepare the sauce. For that, heat the cream of oats in a saucepan over low heat then add the Roquefort cut into pieces. Let the mixture melt slowly.

Once the Roquefort has melted and bound to the sauce, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half then remove the pan from the heat. Season the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the tagliatelle, mix and serve immediately.
