Zucchini tart, goat, dill and vegetable oat cream

Zucchini tart, goat, dill and vegetable oat cream

Ingredients

  • 4 courgettes
  • 1 fromage de chèvre frais artisanal
  • 3 large eggs
  • 25 cl of oat vegetable cream
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • You gros sel

For the shortcrust pastry :

  • 200 g of flour
  • 5 c. to s. olive oil
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 8 key of water
  • 1/2 c. at c. of sel

Description

Prepare the shortcrust pastry, for that, Work all the ingredients together to obtain a beautiful dough. Lower it on 3 mm and arrange it in the mold. Regularize the edge if necessary and prick the bottom with a fork.

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Wash and cut the zucchini into thin rings. Sprinkle them with coarse salt and let them degorge them 10 minutes. Then get rid of the salt zucchini by wiping them or passing them quickly underwater.

Place the zucchini on the dough and add pieces of goat between the zucchini layers.

Beat the eggs in an omelet and add the vegetable cream and the chopped dill. Salt and pepper the mixture and pour it over the zucchini.

Bake 40 minutes.

Enjoy with a good salad.
