Endive tatin with honey

Tatin d'endive

Les endiveson a plus l’habitude de les déguster en salad ou de les manger chez mamie Renée au jambon, mais on la connait moins sous forme de tatin. Oui car l’endive se prête merveilleusement bien à l’exercice de la caramélisation !

A vos plat a tarte, ce soir c’est tatin d’endives !

Ingredients

  • 5  grosses endives
  • 4 c à s de miel de montagne
  • 40 g of butter
  • 1 rouleau de pâte brisée
  • Sel
  • Poivre de Sichuan

Description

Lavez puis découpez les endives en quatre dans la longueur et retirez le cœur.

In a pan, heat the butter and add the endives and brown them, turning them from time to time. Add the honey and continue cooking until a caramel forms..

Butter a springform pan and add the endives, season with salt and Sichuan pepper.

Add the dough on top and tuck the excess inside the mold.

Put in the oven 25 min.

Once the dough is cooked, invert the tart onto a plate and serve immediately.

    A classic at home, delicious ! You can add a little fresh goat’s cheese to place between the endives and the dough, just before putting in the oven 🙂 Yum !
