Virgin strawberry mojito {alcohol-free}
Bon il fait chaud… c’est une réalité, même si ne nous étonnons pas, car oui l’été est bel et bien installé ! Alors je suis sûre que le soir quand vous rentrez, vous avez terriblement envie d’un truc bien frais à boire ! Et là j’ai la solution : un virgin mojito à la fraise pour allier plaisir sans complexes et chic…. bah oui on se fait pas un p’tit cocktail tous les jours ! Enfin cette fois-ci on peux car c’est sans alcool (bah oui perso en ce moment c’est sans alcool et vraiment ce n’est pas sans me déranger !) et super facile à réaliser avec trois fois rien !

Virgin strawberry mojito {alcohol-free}
Ingredients (pour 1 glass)
- 4 strawberries
- 1/2 lime
- 1 dozen mint leaves
- 1 c. to s. cane sugar
- 20 cl of sparkling water
- 2 crushed ice cubes
Description
Cut the half lemon in four. Put it in a glass then add the mint leaves and sugar. Pile everything without damaging the mint too much but enough to bring out the aromas.
Add the strawberries and roughly mash again.
Fill the glass with the sparkling water then add the crushed ice.
To be enjoyed without moderation !!!
