Fondue au Mont d’Or, walnuts and rosemary

fondue au Mont d'Or

Or fondule truc hypra-méga réconfortant, You can not find ?! Brief, je ne revenais pas du ski ce jour-là mais il faisait quand même froid dehors, so I said to myself that I was not going to leave orphan this Mont d'Or which was lying around ! So yes it's true, we only eat very very very very very very rarely milk/cheese at home, but what do you want… there are cravings that we cannot control.

For the tasting it's up to you, either as for the classic fondue with pieces of a good baguette (my favorite choice !) or on steamed potatoes… Bon, I don't know if you noticed, I left you for a few days but nothing to worry about, just small technical problems with the blog !

  • It really looks delicious. I saw some yesterday while shopping and I almost bought some Mont d'Or. Great idea to add nuts and rosemary.

    Hello !
For cooking, did you wrap it in aluminum foil ? Or just straight into the oven (with the hat ?)
    Merci !
