Le riz au lait végétal c’est vraiment le genre de recette toute simple, 4 ingrédients et un goût régressif incomparable ! Alors même s’il est vrai que ça prend un peu de temps et qu’il faut surveiller la cuisson au risque de voir le riz au lait se faire la malle de la casserole, c’est un dessert gourmand facile à réaliser ! Ici c’est même le dessert préféré de mes trois loulous ( with la crème au chocolat Of course) alors j’en fais au moins une semaine sur deux (bon mais le pot dure 2 jours hein !!!).

Vegetable rice pudding {vegan – sans gluten}

POUR 6

  • 100 g around the riz
  • 1 liter of soy milk
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  • Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sugar and heat gently.
  • Split it 1/2 vanilla pod in half and remove the seeds, then add everything to the milk.
  • When the milk comes to a boil, add the rice and reduce the heat.
  • Cook over low heat for approximately 30-35 min until the rice is flush with the surface, stir regularly.
  • Distribute in one or more pots, let cool to room temperature then store in a cool place.
