Banana bread au chocolat {without milk}
Ça y est la canicule est passée, je peux donc rallumer mon four et ne pas voir la température grimper en flèche dans la maison (bonheur suprême !) ! Ce banana bread au chocolat est la première chose que j’ai cuisiné quand il à commencé à faire plus frais (entendez moins de 30 degrés dans l’appart’), nous n’avions, ce matin là, plus grand chose dans les placards (plus de granola, de pain et de biscuits…) mais les bananes maltraité par la chaleur ne demandaient qu’à être cuisinées, that's good because banana bread is kind of our favorite cake at home ! In short, this is not the first banana bread recipe you will find on the blog., but I must say that the chocolate version is by far my favorite (me addicted to chocolate ? nonnnnn !).
Banana bread is the simplest cake in the world, so if you have never tried, get started !
- 3 bananas
- 200 g flour T 80
- 100 g vegetable margarine
- 2 eggs
- 90 g cane sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 120 g chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Beat together the eggs and sugar then add the melted margarine.
- Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the flour.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl., mix well and finish by adding the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a cake tin.
- Bake 40-50 minutes.
