Bounty maison

Bounty maison

And then the advantage of making it at home is that we really know what’s in it., yes because industrial preparations have their limits. Small chewable treats with a good coconut taste… to devour without moderation or a little anyway (yes I'm thinking about your hips anyway !).

Why not do them with the children, I'm sure they'll be happy to get their hands dirty and lick their fingers !

Bounty maison
For twenty
To print
Ingredients
  1. 300 g of powdered coconut
  2. 300 g sweetened condensed milk (skimmed here)
  3. 150 g butter or coconut oil
  4. 80 g icing sugar
  5. 300 g of good milk chocolate
Preparation
  1. Put the butter pieces and the coconut together in a mixer and let it run 1 min.
  2. Then add the icing sugar and the sweetened condensed milk then beat for 2 min until smooth.
  3. Put the mixture in a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper and level the surface..
  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  5. Cut into small rectangles 6 cm per 2 cm approximately and round the edges if you feel like it !
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and bring the temperature of the chocolate down to 32° before using it. Little tip if you don't have a thermo-probe, put the spoon with which you stir the chocolate on your lower lip and you should not feel any difference in temperature !
  8. Then dip the bars one by one in the chocolate then place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.. You will probably need to heat the chocolate again halfway through the bars..
  9. Book cool 2 hours then keep cool.

bonjour, the recipe tested today !
and a little less bounty taste than those of Super Superette. But easier to do ! Maybe because she puts cream in it? This should bring out the coconut flavor more.?…
To see tomorrow the comments of the little children and the adults!!!
I will tell you that !
in any case thank you for giving your recipe! It’s a pleasure to be able to try different recipes!
    have a nice week end

I think it depends on the coconut used too, if the coconut is dry the creme fraiche somehow rehydrates it but if the coconut is not very dry the recipe works well !
