Nougat creme brulee
Après le succès de la crème brûlée voici une de ses copines, la crème brûlée au nougat. Oui oui je sais c’est un peu le craquage de mettre du nougat dans une crème brulée, mais que voulez-vous, quand on est gourmande on ne se refait pas ! Le nougat c’est bon, alors dans une crème brûlée…hmm… c’est un vrai délice !

Nougat creme brulee
Ingredients (pour 4)
- 30 whipping cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 40 g de nougat mou
- 10 grams of sugar + 4 c. to s. pour caraméliser
Description
Preheat the oven to 100°.
In a pot, faites chauffez la crème et ajoutez le nougat en morceaux puis laissez fondre à feu doux 5 min. Mixez ensuite la préparation.
In a salad bowl, battez les jaunes d’œufs et les 10 g de sucre ensemble.
Remettez la crème à chauffer, and at the first simmering pour it over the egg-sugar mixture and mix.
Divide the preparation into 4 ramekins then place them in a baking dish and cover halfway up with hot water.
Cook in a bain-marie for 1h15.
Once cooked, let the creams cool and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, distribute the sugar over the creams and caramelize them with a blowtorch or under the grill.

I know there are egg substitutes for vegans but I don't know what that means. But why not make it into a panna cotta instead? ?
