Banana cheesecake brownie

Brownie cheesecake

Well the result is great, it’s really very delicious and soft in texture, exactly what I wanted ! And the icing on the cake, Monsieur also well loved, Yes yes…it wasn't euphoria either (pfff…these men!) but it’s still something he’s not a fan of basically, so I was pretty happy with myself !

I really like brownie-cheesecake, even if I don't think about doing it often. Nevertheless, a very fresh delicacy like this is quite appropriate !

    Bonjour,
Thank you for this great recipe which really tempts me. ! Where can you get baking powder? ? Can you use baking powder if not? ? The marbling in the photo is very pretty. ; a little advice on how to draw them well ?
Thanks in advance and have a great day !!

Hello Yelyx ! I find my baking powder at the Irish counter but otherwise you can replace it with baking powder by reducing the quantity by half ! For marbling no particular advice, do that when filling 😉

Thanks for the quick response :-). I'm curious and I can't find the difference in composition between these two types of powders (my internet searches are unsuccessful…), maybe you can help me ? If I understood correctly I use caramel for the marbling then ? Have a nice day and thank you for posting so often, we salivate at each new recipe, especially with these very beautiful photos 😉

I don't really know the difference either. !!! Marbling is simply brownie mixture brought to the surface with a flat knife.
      Merci !
