Tomate-mozzarella bruschetta

Bruschetta tomate

J’insiste vraiment sur la mozzarella de bufflonne car quand vous y aurez gouté, you will never go back to cow's milk mozzarella… I guarantee that to you ! Monsieur is a big fan of tomato-mozzarella so in a bruschetta version with good bread, I think he will marry me straight away (oh damn, I'm already married !!!). Serve with a nice salad to make it a complete dish, as a starter or why not at aperitif time.

SO, you too are convinced that good ingredients make great recipes ?
