Watermelon salad

In short, it’s really the kind of meal that I could eat every day., accompanied by a good slice of country bread and a protein, it's perfect !

Salted watermelon you either love or hate,

I admit that I love putting fruit in my savory salads, if you love it, there is also peach panzanella which is a super fresh salad and which changes a little ! In spring, some also put strawberries in their salad, Personally I have never tested it but if that is your case, do not hesitate to share your experience in comments ! If you couldn't find a grapefruit, simply make a lemon vinaigrette, it will be very good !

  • Hello Emily,
To answer your question, I tried strawberries in salad, following an idea from the blog “Minimalist Baker”, with arugula and maple syrup caramelized pecans… A festive salad, gourmet and delicious !
    Your recipe looks delicious too.
