Rustic plum and blackberry tart {without milk}

Monsieur also had difficulty waiting during the photos., the pie made him want it so much (it must also be said that it was dessert time)… and it’s to him that I owe the photo where I carry the piece of pie !
To be devoured as is, still a little warm, it's even better !

- 250 g the squeezes
- 150 g blackberries
- 40 g cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons of fine semolina
- FOR THE DOUGH
- 220 g of flour (here whole wheat)
- 4 cl of neutral vegetable oil (here deodorized sunflower)
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons of cold water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 g de sel
- Prepare the dough, for this put the flour in the bowl, make a well and add the egg and oil. Work the dough by hand or in a robot fitted with a blade then add water gradually and as needed.. Form a nice smooth ball.
- Roll out the dough into a round, on a floured surface, on 4 mm thick and place it on a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Spread the fine semolina over the tart base, leaving 4 cm on the edges.
- Add the damson cut in half and pitted as well as the blackberries on top. Sprinkle with sugar and fold the dough over the fruit.
- Bake 25-30 minutes.

Just Enjoy !
