Bundt cake with chestnut and chocolate glaze {sans gluten}
La châtaigne est vraiment mon fruit préféré de l’automne, en salé comme en sucré, je me régale toujours avec. SO, parce que nous disons bientôt au revoir à 2012, et bonjour à 2013 il faut se faire plaisir ! Alors quoi de mieux qu’un dessert à la fois léger et gourmand pour finir en beauté lors du repas du réveillon du 31 ?
Voici donc un gâteau à tomber, fondant à souhait, sans gluten et avec peu de matière grasse pour vous faire plaisir sans complexes, car oui il faut un peu penser à sa ligne pendant les fêtes !!!

Bundt cake with chestnut and chocolate glaze {sans gluten}
Ingredients
- 360 g de homemade chestnut cream or not !
- 80 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 40 g chestnut flour
For the icing
- 150 g good dark chocolate
- 10 key of water
- 30 grams of sugar
Description
Preheat the oven to 170°.
Beat the butter approximately 3 minutes to obtain an ointment texture. Then add the chestnut cream and chestnut flour.
Then add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat..
Pour the dough into a mold (type kouglof) previously buttered or covered with baking paper.
Bake for 35 min.
Let cool before unmolding.
To prepare the icing, mix the water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil for 4 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add the chocolate pieces.. Stir well.
Pour the icing onto the unmolded cake and enjoy !
