Celeriac remoulade with herbs

Well, it’s a bit classic and maybe even seen and re-seen, I added good little herbs such as parsley and tarragon, and I thought’ (yes yes a new word !) with a touch of Espelette pepper.

And you know what celery remoulade is really good !!!
Celeriac remoulade with herbs
Ingredients (pour 4 people)
- 1 celeriac
- 3 c. to s. homemade mayonnaise (or not)
- 1/2 bouquet of parsley
- 1/2 bouquet of tarragon
- 1 good pinch of Espelette pepper
Description
Cut the celeriac into julienne strips, To do this, peel it and cut into slices using a mandolin.. Then cut these slices into thin sticks, put everything in a salad bowl.
Finely chop the parsley and tarragon and add to the celery.
Finally mix with the mayonnaise and leave to cool. 1 hour so that the celery softens a little (you can also always try to give him a hug !).
Add a little Espelette pepper before serving.

good salad !
