Voici une recette de cheesecake léger qui est une petite tuerie, un cheesecake sans cuisson que nous avons de suite adopté avec Monsieur. Et il faut préciser que Monsieur est intransigeant sur ce point car n’aimant pas les cheesecakes cuits et peu les cheesecakes sans cuisson, je crois l’avoir séduit avec cette version « mousse » (je ne parle là ni de bière ni de soirée mousse bien sûr !). Bref cette version demande juste un peu de temps d’attente pour la prise au frais mais après cette attente interminable vous pourrez enfin vous jeter dessus et le déguster ! And then no complexes, it is still a lot, a lot, much less fatty than a classic cheesecake made with cream cheese, so don’t hesitate any longer and adopt it !

Well it's true, I'm breaking my habits a little by posting a recipe a little later but I hope you like it !

Light cheesecake with mango coulis
Pour 8 people (circle of 24 cm in diameter)

Ingredients
  1. 600 g of faitselle
  2. 25 whipping cream
  3. 80 g icing sugar
  4. 1 vanilla pod
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of agar-agar
  6. 100 g of flour
  7. 50 g of butter
  8. 50 g whole sugar
  9. 1 pinch of salt
  10. FOR GROUT
  11. 1 mango
  12. The juice of a lime
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  2. Prepare the crumble, to do this, sand the flour with your fingertips, sugar, salt and butter. Crumble onto a baking tray and bake 15 minutes.
  3. Cover a circle with rodoid or plastic wrap.
  4. Put the crumble in the bottom of the circle.
  5. Prepare the cheesecake mixture by beating 20 cl of whipped cream with the seeds of the vanilla pod and set aside.
  6. Then beat the drained cheese with the sugar then add to the whipped cream using a spatula..
  7. Boil the water 1 minute the remaining cream with the agar-agar and incorporate into the cheesecake mixture and pour the mixture over the crumble.
  8. Leave to cool 5 hours then remove the circle.
  9. Finally prepare the coulis by mixing together the mango and lime juice and serve with the cheesecake.

    I think you have to make a beer cheesecake now :) All joking aside, This cheesecake actually looks very tempting., I also prefer the no-cook versions.! Plus it’s with a homemade biscuit, I like it even more!
