Light cheesecake with mango coulis
And then no complexes, it is still a lot, a lot, much less fatty than a classic cheesecake made with cream cheese, so don’t hesitate any longer and adopt it !
Well it's true, I'm breaking my habits a little by posting a recipe a little later but I hope you like it !
- 600 g of faitselle
- 25 whipping cream
- 80 g icing sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1/2 teaspoon of agar-agar
- 100 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g whole sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- FOR GROUT
- 1 mango
- The juice of a lime
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Prepare the crumble, to do this, sand the flour with your fingertips, sugar, salt and butter. Crumble onto a baking tray and bake 15 minutes.
- Cover a circle with rodoid or plastic wrap.
- Put the crumble in the bottom of the circle.
- Prepare the cheesecake mixture by beating 20 cl of whipped cream with the seeds of the vanilla pod and set aside.
- Then beat the drained cheese with the sugar then add to the whipped cream using a spatula..
- Boil the water 1 minute the remaining cream with the agar-agar and incorporate into the cheesecake mixture and pour the mixture over the crumble.
- Leave to cool 5 hours then remove the circle.
- Finally prepare the coulis by mixing together the mango and lime juice and serve with the cheesecake.
