Rhubarb Clafoutis, white sheep's cheese and almond oil {sans gluten}

J’ai encore pu profiter de la dernière rhubarbe du jardin (merci Maman), et comme nous sommes fan de rhubarbe avec Monsieur (mais ça je pense que vous avez pu le voir), j’ai dĂ©cidĂ© d’en faire un clafoutis.
Ce clafoutis et un peu spécial car il est sans lait de vache et sans gluten, comme ça pas de jaloux tout le monde peu en dévorer manger.

Le lait de vache Ă Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ© par du fromage blanc au lait de brebis, le beurre par de l’huile d’amande et la farine de blĂ© par de la farine de riz complet.
If you don't have almond oil at home, you can replace it with almond puree, Yum !!!
It’s simple and it’s to die for !
Rhubarb Clafoutis, white sheep's cheese and almond oil {sans gluten}
Ingredients (pour 4-6 ramekins)
- 175 g rhubarb
- 150 sheep's white cheese
- 50 g brown rice flour
- 50 g cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 10 ml of almond oil
Description
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Peel and cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar to obtain a frothy mixture. Then add the fromage blanc, oil and flour and mix well.
Distribute the rhubarb among the ramekins then pour the mixture on top.
Bake 30 min.

Enjoy with a good glass of almond vegetable milk.
