Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler {without milk}
Quoi ? Bref le cobbler c’est un peu notre crumble chouchou du moment à la maison, notre comfort food des matins difficiles, our secret weapon to keep us going a little and lift our spirits (yes you will have understood it baby cat doesn't let us sleep much).
Little extra, for our part we double the proportions of the scones to have a little more for snack !!!

- 500 g strawberries
- 300 g rhubarb
- 100 g cane sugar
- The zest of a lemon
- FOR THE SCONES

- 35 g vegetable margarine
- 20 g cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable milk

- Cut the strawberries into 4 then the peeled rhubarb into quarters and place in a baking dish. Add the sugar and lemon zest on top then mix.
- add 3 tablespoons of water then put in the oven 20 minutes.
- For the scones, put the flour and yeast in a salad bowl.
- Add the margarine and sand the dough with your fingertips to obtain the consistency of a coarse crumble..
- Add the sugar, eggs and milk then mix roughly with a spatula and bring the dough together into a ball.
- Leave to cool 15 minutes.
- Spread the dough on 1,5 cm thick and detail circles (environ 6 cm in diameter) using a cookie cutter.
- Place on the hot compote and bake 15 minutes.
- Enjoy warm !

10.7.17Huuuuuuum that looks so good. To be tested shortly with Mirabelle plums, perhaps, or plums, or cherry jam.. Anyway, there will be no shortage of ideas.
Good luck with baby cat, tout rentre dans l’ordre avec beaucoup d’amour.
