Apple crumble {vegan – sans gluten}
With apples of course otherwise this recipe would not make sense but also hazelnuts and cinnamon because it all goes together perfectly, in short you will experience a culinary orgasm ! You have probably noticed that the publications around here are taking a little slower pace but I haven't forgotten you., I'm even preparing a little surprise for the holidays to give you ideas for a vegan Christmas. In fact we are looking into the development of a future apartment’ and in the end it really takes time… I don't know if this speaks to you but we are able to pass 3 hours in a DIY / decoration store and get out of there without having made any decision !!! Brief, add to that the boxes and we are good !
So this crumble I deserved it (and you too surely) and I don't know if I wouldn't go and prepare another one !
- 1kg of apples (ici 3 different varieties)
- 120 g cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- FOR THE CRUMBLE DOUGH
- 160 g brown rice flour
- 150 g vegetable margarine
- 80 g cane sour
- 60 g hazelnut powder
- 30 g rice flakes
- Preheat the oven to 170°.
- Prepare the crumble, for this put all the ingredients together in a salad bowl and sand the preparation with your fingertips to obtain the crumble.
- Peel the apples and cut them into quarters and then into cubes.
- Mix with the 120 g sugar and cinnamon.
- Arrange them in the bottom of a baking dish..
- Put the crumble on top.
- Bake 45-50 minutes.

11.12.17Bonjour, this crumble tempts me but my friend does not like all that is crispy "break teeth what ! 😉 » So my question is, is the crumble rather melting in the mouth or rather crunchy ? Thank you 🙂 Me anyway I lick my screen !!!
Emilie
13.12.17It is rather melting but for less crispy you can remove the rice flakes and replace them with gluten-free oat flakes 😉

21.10.22Thank you for the gluten-free crumble dough recipe., but why 120 g of sugar in the apples? I don't wear it at all. Sometimes even, the apples are too sweet in nature!
Emilie
5.11.22There is 120g of sugar for 1kg of apples because it is a question of making a compote and not simply a compote without sugar, but it's up to you
