Far with prunes {without milk}

Alors convaincus ?!
Far with prunes {without milk}
Ingredients (pour 8-10)
- 400 g de pruneaux dénoyautés(or more !)
- 250 g of flour
- 150 g cane sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 liter of spelled milk
- Quelques noisettes de beurre ou pas !
- Du rhum, de la vanille ou rien !
Description
Preheat the oven to 160°.
Mix the flour and sugar in a salad bowl, make a hole and add the eggs. Stir with a whisk and gradually dilute with the milk.. Add rum or vanilla or keep the preparation plain.
Pour the mixture into the dish.
Put a few shavings of butter on top if you feel like it.
Bake for 1h15 min and only 50 minutes if you choose the soy milk version.

Enjoy warm or cold !
