Filet ‘o’ fish burger {vegan}

burger filet 'o' fish vegan

Avant je n’aimait pas le filet ‘ofish dans sa version classique (at the same time I never liked fish) but in the vegan version I loved it !

I believe that until now, this is my favorite version of burger !

Breaded tofu, a béarnaise sauce, salad and radish slices for freshness, result : a decadent tofu burger ! At home we served this with baked sweet potato fries, It's a change from potato fries and everyone loves it here ! Here we do our homemade burger buns (recipe adaptable in vegan version) and freeze the excess, in these times of confinement I can only advise you to make them at home !
