Marble chocolate cake {without milk}

So I revisited this milk-free chocolate marble cake recipe which makes it even lighter..
It's the perfect snack cake,
the cake that everyone agrees on ! To be enjoyed with or without chocolate icing, that's up to you to see but with it it's still super darn much better (yes today I speak as I want !) ! To make for a special occasion, for a snack or just for yourself, because the marble cake, It's not just for kids !!!

I knew this recipe with buttermilk, but this one really tempts me.
Only question, maybe a little stupid : what oil do you recommend ?
thanks in advance !
Pauline
