Potato and mushroom gratin {vegan – sans gluten}
Je suis une fille de la montagne et depuis toute petite j’ai été initiée à la cueillette des champignons et j’adore autant la cueillette que les manger, bon ce qui est juste pas terrible c’est la corvée de nettoyage des champignons… Bref les champignons (et les châtaignes) c’est ce qu rend l’automne un peu plus fun car à part attendre noel et voir les feuilles tomber, l’automne c’est un peu tristoune (vous l’aurez compris ça n’est pas ma saison préférée !). Alors avec ces champignons on fait quoi ? A good potato gratin with mushrooms of course because here the potato gratin is king (yes you know the gratin dauphinois) and at the same time it is the perfect little cocooning dish to eat this season !
As I told you on Instagram this series of photos is surely one of my favorites, perfect light and gratin which drips briefly, I like it very much and I hope you do too.
- 800 g potatoes
- 250 g wild mushrooms (here chanterelles and chanterelles)
- 40 cl of cream of rice
- 1/2 grated nutmeg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
- You sell
- 1 filet d'huile d'olive
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- In a pan, sauté the mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil, the thyme leaves and a minced clove of garlic for 5 minutes on high heat.
- Peel the potatoes and thinly slice them using a mandolin.
- Rub the garlic clove cut in half at the bottom of the dish then alternate layers of potatoes, cream and mushrooms ending with a layer of potatoes, mushrooms and cream.
- Bake for approx. 1 hour.
