Iced Tea popsicles

Anyway, ça ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard (pauvre canard d’ailleurs), but I really liked the idea of making ice cream out of my iced tea (That's a lot of times the word ice cream !!!).
And then with the heat of the moment, everything is good to take a look in your freezer !!! Eat ice cream, it's summer !

- 40 key of water
- 2 tablespoons of black tea
- 3 tablespoons of peach syrup
- 1 fishing
- Steep the tea in cold water for about 3-4 hours with the peach cut into pieces.
- Remove the tea and add the syrup, stir well.
- Divide the tea and fruit into the ice cream molds, add the wooden sticks.
- Leave to set in the freezer 4 hours.

25.7.15Haaaaaan but I love this idea, with the transparent peaches it’s magnificent ! I just miss the “mussels” because the iced tea (homemade of course) has become a summer essential with this heat…
