Eggnog – Eggnog

A l’approche de Noël, et comme chaque année, fleurissent au cinéma et à la télévision les comédies romantiques et autres contes de Noëloui je la joue un peu gnangnan, all this to tell you that I have always been intrigued by this very popular drink in Anglo-Saxon countries that is eggnog. Don't imagine that there is meat in there, but eggs. ! It is a sweet drink that is basically prepared like custard, but all garnished with spices, whipped cream and a drop of alcohol… and how good is it !

Lait de poule

A perfect drink to warm up and take the time to think about Christmas (or to do the thousand and one things that remain to be done to prepare for New Year’s Eve, like finishing buying the gifts, buy and decorate the tree, think about the menu and the guests… Anyway, I'm sure your list is already very long !!!). I promise it doesn’t take too long to prepare. !!!
