Vegan Strawberry Milkshake {Mothers' Day}

Ahhhh le mois de mai, le retour de la douceur, du beau temps (though !), le retour des légumes et des fruits de printemps, les oiseaux qui chantent, les jours fériés et la fête des mères ! Bref j’aime aussi le mois de mai car c’est l’arrivée de la saison des fraises (youhouuuu). Oui je sais je vous fais le coup chaque année comme avec cette recette de parfait aux fraises, que voulez vous c’est mon fruit préféré on ne se refait pas (de toute façon il est trop tard pour moi !). Alors comme je sais que vous avez hâte de déguster des glaces, well yes we are coming out of winter so the first rays of sun are a good excuse, I made you a little vegan strawberry milkshake that’s super easy to make.. Just three ingredients, a trip to the blender and presto we pour it into pretty glasses and drink it with a straw, the love what ! Little bonus, you can even add fresh fruit or a little red fruit coulis on top for a little more deliciousness…

In short, the milkshake is the perfect recipe when you don't have a tub of ice cream in the fridge., you just have to remember to freeze your fruit first and that's it! !

1. 500 g frozen strawberries
2. 30 cl of coconut milk
3. 20 cl of vegetable rice milk
4. 4 tablespoons of agave syrup (optional)

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth..
2. Pour into mugs or glasses, decorate with fresh strawberries and enjoy with a straw.
