Roasted Cauliflower and Hummus Toasts {vegan}
Vous connaissez mon grand amour pour les tartines, quelles qu’elles soient : à l’avocat, to mushrooms or au fromage or au faux-mage… bref les tartines sont parfaite pour un plateau télé ou un repas léger ! J’ai un deuxième grand amour, l’houmous (et les pois-chiches en général) donc, faites moi des tartines d’houmous et je suis la fille la plus heureuse du monde, oui je vous assure ! Aujourd’hui je vous propose des tartines de chou-fleur, j’ai donc choisi de mêler le chou-fleur tout juste rôti, pour qu’il soit encore croquant, à l’houmous pour une tartine juste wahoooo (Yes, just that !) !
This evening, why not choose a good series or a good film and enjoy these toasts with a salad in TV set mode ?!
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 4 slices of country bread
- 1 tablespoon of zaatar
- Olive oil
- FOR THE HUMMUS
- 200 g chickpeas
- 6 tablespoons of tahini (sesame cream)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- The juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 c. at c. sel
- For the hummus, crush the garlic cloves and salt in a mortar..
- In a blender, add the chickpeas and the garlic/salt preparation.
- Mix and add water, lemon juice, olive oil and tahini then mix again, the mixture should be more or less smooth. Book cool.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets then cut slices half a centimeter thick.
- Place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and zaatar and bake 10 minutes at 220°.
- Toast the country bread, spread it with hummus then add the roasted cauliflower.
