Roquefort toast, blackberries and honey

Les deux se marient très bien, Roquefort bringing its character (not complaining eh !!!), blackberries, fruitiness and honey bring a gourmet touch to the whole. I love putting my bread in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil to make it crispy but if you're a little lazy, you can toast it (I didn't say burn!).

To be enjoyed as a starter (or even an aperitif !) or as a dish accompanied by a good salad.

A very original recipe ! My gentleman doesn't like sweet and sour foods too much., so I'm just going to look at these pretty toasts.
I don't know honey bread : Is it crunchy or is it runny? ?

Honey bread is between the two but it’s rather soft and full of good things because you eat the wax !

Unlike your man, I am a fan of Roquefort (and all cheeses in general as well) and your toast seems very delicious to me as it should be. To be tested quickly therefore 😉
