Blueberry Muffins {without milk}
You will see, j’ai ajouté une pomme crue râpée à l’intérieur de la recette, I really like this trick which allows the muffins to be even softer, you almost want to sleep on it !
There are a lot of blueberries (blueberries) right now so take the opportunity to prepare these muffins because once the heat arrives, I think you won't really want to turn on your oven anymore !
- 360 g flour T 80
- 120 g cane sugar (here full)
- 100 g vegetable margarine
- 2 eggs
- 25 cl vegetable milk (here rice)
- 200 g fresh blueberries
- 1 grated apple
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Peel and grate the apple.
- In a salad bowl, mix together, flour, grated apple, the yeast, sugar, baking soda and vanilla then mix.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs then add the vegetable milk and the melted margarine.
- Gradually add the liquid preparation to the dry preparation without stirring too much and add the blueberries.
- Divide batter into non-stick muffin tins.
- Bake 20-25 min.

26.5.16If you can't taste the apple, I will make a shot of trafalgar to my husband who "does not like apples" . I tell him or not that to lighten my chocolate fondant I put applesauce instead of butter ? Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ! !
