Bran Pie Dough {vegan}
Le son donne à la pâte un petit croustillant sympa, and that also makes it much more nourishing and interesting than white flour dough.
It's up to you to test now ! Okay and if you're looking for ideas for toppings to go with it, I think there is something to do on the blog !
- 150 g whole wheat flour
- 75 g of oat bran
- 25 g rolled oats
- 4 cl neutral vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar (optional, if sweet dough)
- 5-6 tablespoons of cold water
- 1 g de sel
- To make the dough, Mix the dry ingredients together then add the oil.
- Sand the dough with your fingertips or mix with a robot fitted with a blade, then add water gradually.
- Work the dough to form a homogeneous mixture.
- Form a ball and let rest 1 cool hour. Get out 15 minutes before spreading it.

27.10.14Mmmh to be tested urgently ! Here too it’s a savory tart or quiche per week. Such a simple and easy meal and nourishing too ! On the other hand, I shyly admit that I do not systematically make the dough, However, there is no lack of desire but since my doll was born 4 months ago, my arms are often flanked by her warm little body !!!

27.10.14Thank you Pauline ! Yes, I understand you, I rarely 5 minutes to me here too !!! The idea is perhaps to make several pastas at once when you have time and freeze them, like that you have stock, just remember to defrost them in time !!!

27.10.14It's true, It's true, these are just false excuses !!! 😉

30.10.14Thank you Céline 😀 Personally, I fall for puff pastry from time to time because I don’t have the courage to make it at home !!!

30.10.14Oh chic, a healthy and delicious dough ! I'm not very tart, precisely because of the idea of swallowing lots of butter and white flour with each bite, I feel like I’m going to change my mind :)
Emilie
2.11.14Ah, great to see that there are fans of homemade dough 😉
Thank you Alison
