Potatoes bonnotttes from Noirmoutier sautéed with thyme flower

Bonnes patates (not you, hein ?!)

Potatoes bonnotttes from Noirmoutier sautéed with thyme flower

Ingredients (pour 2)

  • 600 g de pommes de terre type bonnottes de Noirmoutier
  • 1 bouquet de fleurs de thym
  • Olive oil
  • Flower of salt

Description

Pour a good drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan then add the washed but unpeeled potatoes. Fry over high heat 5 minutes with the bouquet of thyme flowers.

Lower the heat and cover and cook 10 min, stirring occasionally. Test the doneness of the potatoes by sticking a knife inside.

Finally increase the heat for 2 min and stir well.

Serve simply with fleur de sel.

And just for you, a nice picture of thyme flowers from my balcony !

Simplicity is all that is true.
With one or two slices of white ham it's a great meal idea 🙂

Long live the potatoes ! (Not you either, hein ? ;))

My man loves potatoes, I am therefore always attentive to new recipes to please him while making myself happy (me the potato, I like, but i'm not crazy about it). I admit that the small thyme flowers tempt me well this time !
