We start the series of easy recipes for children and parents with stuffed potatoes, largely inspired by Turkish kumpirs but in a vegetarian version.

Stuffed potatoes are a good idea

because there are several toppings to choose from, everyone does what they like (or hate the least) and at least it's not a headache ! Carrots, olives, boiled eggs, herb cream, corn… in short, a lot of possibilities to stuff these potatoes and make a fun meal out of them.

So let's go for the recipe, all achievable in 30 minutes chrono and easy to do, that is the demand of the people ?! I will try to post content to you on a regular basis. (in absolute terms I would like all of them 2-3 days) and to ensure that the recipes are available in several ways, so you don't eat leftovers the same way all week ! Waiting for the next recipe, cook, share, stay home and take care of yourself.
