Vegetable pancakes {without milk}

On se retrouve aujourd’hui pour une deuxième recette rapide à réaliser et kids friendly, j’ai nommé les pancakes de légumes ! Si vous aviez raté la première recette kids friendly, les pommes de terre farcies ou kumpir, le recette est juste ici. On est tous d’accord pour dire que tous les enfants ne sont pas hyper fan des légumes servis bruts, du coup on a la super solution, de pouvoir en intégrer dans des préparations ludiques à manger et qu’ils aiment. J’ai choisi les pancakes car c’est quelque chose que nous faisons en version sucrée tous les, et puis on va pas se leurrer,

Savory pancakes with vegetables inside, It’s a good way to make a quick and balanced meal.. This time, we put carrots and onion in the dough, but this recipe works with any raw grated vegetable you might have on hand (in these times we adapt !) : Yam, squash, celeriac, beets, corn kernels… A topping, a quick guacamole and not according to the rules of the art and sprouted seeds (to do with children it's great !), for a quick and simple meal. Let's go for this second special children's recipe for confinement !



Vegetable pancakes {without milk}
POUR 4 PEOPLE
- 250 g of flour (here T80)
- 200 g grated carrots
- 1/2 onion
- 2 eggs
- 10 cl d’huile d’olive
- 20 cl of plain soy milk or water
- 1 packet of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
- you sell
- olive oil for cooking
- sprouted seeds (here radish)
FOR THE GUACAMOLE
- 4 lawyers
- The juice of a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika

- In a salad bowl, mix together the dry flour ingredients, yeast and spices.
- make a well, then add the eggs and oil to the center, mix and add the milk gradually to form a smooth paste.
- Grate the carrots and mix them into the dough.
- Finely chop the onion and add it to the mixture and set aside.
- For the guacamole, mash the avocado flesh with a fork, add the lemon juice, olive oil, spices and salt and mix. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan then pour the pancake batter into three piles of the same size. Cook over medium to low heat 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Do the same until the dough runs out..
- Serve the pancakes with guacamole on top and sprouted seeds and enjoy !
