Potatoes maison

A la maison nous n’avons jamais autant mangé de burger maison que pendant ces neufs derniers mois…! Bon mise à part le fait qu’il va falloir que je vous propose des recettes de burgers, il faut aussi que je vous propose l’accompagnement. Et quoi de mieux que les traditionnelles potatoes pour accompagner un bon burger homemade (je vous le demande ma ptite dame !) ?! Et bien pas grand chose même s’il parait plus raisonnable de jouer la carte de la salade (petits joueurs va!).
Vous sentez cette petite odeur rustique des potatoes cuites au four… non ?! So it's a shame but to be able to catch up you're going to have to worry (cook an egg ?!… that's it, I'll say anything !) !!! For that, nothing could be simpler than this little recipe, no need for a fryer just a drizzle of olive oil, some spices and an oven. With this you will be able to delight all the gourmands on earth, or just you, it's up to you !!!

Potatoes maison
Ingredients (pour 4)
- 500 g potatoes (type Manon)
- 1 filet d’huile d’olive
- 1 c. to s. the pepper
- 1 c. to s of good herbs of Provence
- You sell
Description
Preheat the oven to 210°.
Peel then cut the potatoes into quarters then place them on a baking tray.
Mix together the oil, paprikas, Provence herbs and salt then pour the mixture over the potatoes. Mix everything well to coat them well..
Bake 20-25 minutes and stir halfway through cooking.

Enjoy hot with your favorite sauce !
