Oh but what is the difference between “normal” quinoa and red quinoa? ? The taste ? The second is more pronounced ?

In any case, if you assure that your man liked grapefruit he usually hates it, I have to try your recipe ! (I also don't like this citrus fruit :s)
And great idea to combine orange, avocado and lemon with 🙂 It’s really fresh and maybe this pretty salad will bring summer back to Nantes !

    Kisses

In taste there is no real difference except that I find it firmer and I also like its color !

I hope this recipe will reconcile you with grapefruit 😉 At least on our side, summer is definitely here !!!

      Good evening, Kisses

I love quinoa but I have a slight problem, when I want to make them in salad, I find that even once drained the grains remain too moist and therefore release a little water…

In any case, a very nice association., grapefruit in salads is just perfect 🙂

Thank you very much Cecile !
It's true, the grains stay a little damp unless you really take the time to let them dry a little..
      Good evening
