Spring tabbouleh with radishes, spring onions and lemon thyme

I don't know if you've ever tried lemon thyme but personally it's probably my favorite…it has such a smell…hmmmm !!!

Taboulé de printemps

It's good, it’s crunchy and it’s fresh, perfect to start the summer off right !

Spring tabbouleh with radishes, spring onions and lemon thyme

Ingredients (pour 4-6 people)

  • 375 g fine couscous semolina
  • The juice of three lemons
  • 10 key of water
  • 8 cl d’huile d’olive
  • 1 bunch of radishes (round for me)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 bunch of lemon thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Description

In a salad bowl, pour the water, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper then add the couscous semolina.

Wash and chop the lemon thyme and add it to the salad bowl. Do the same with the spring onions..

Wash and cut the radishes into thin slices then put everything in the salad bowl.

Stir everything well and leave to swell in the fridge for 1 minimum hour.
