Tabbouleh

SO, in order to enjoy the sunny days one last time and to please Mr. here is the recipe.

Tabbouleh

Ingredients (pour 4-6)

  • 375 g fine couscous semolina
  • The juice of two lemons
  • 10 key of water
  • 8 cl d’huile d’olive
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 bouquet of fresh mint
  • Salt and pepper

Description

In a salad bowl, pour the water, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper then add the couscous semolina.

Wash and chop the mint and add it to the salad bowl. Do the same with the onions.

Wash and cut the tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces then add them to the preparation.

Stir everything well and leave to swell in the fridge for 1 minimum hour.

Taboulé

Good tabbouleh !
