Blackberry key lime pie

Blackberry key lime pie

  • 40 cl of sweetened skimmed condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • The juice of 4 limes
  • The zest of a lime
  • 250 g blackberries
  • 12 Breton shortbread
  • 100 g of butter

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Reduce the shortbread to powder and mix with the previously melted butter. Pour this mixture into a tart base and bake 10 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the lemon cream, To do this, mix together the sweetened condensed milk with the egg yolks then add the lemon zest and juice..

Once the tart base is cooked, let it rest 5 minutes then carefully pour the cream on top.

Lower the oven to 170° and put in the oven 15 minutes.

The blackberries and I are a never-ending love story. Plus I'm lucky enough to have a mulberry tree in my garden. (at my parents).. I might as well tell you that in high season I have orgies.
But this year, probably due to lack of sun, there were fewer and they were less sweet.
