I loved it, quite simply.

It's good, it’s regressive and we’re getting our fingers full of it !!! Yum…

Ingredients

  • 4-5 big bananas (or more)
  • 1 small jar of milk jam (environ 200 g)

For the sweet dough

  • 250 g of rye flour
  • 125 g of butter
  • 60 g cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • The zest of half a lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Description

Start by preparing the dough, to do this, work the egg and sugar together then add the butter and lemon zest. Then pour in the flour all at once and form a ball of dough. Book cool 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Spread the dough on 3 mm thick then place it in a pie mold. Level the edges using a knife then prick the bottom with a fork.

Spread the milk jam on the bottom of the pastry and keep the equivalent of a tablespoon.

Cut the bananas into slices then arrange them nicely on the tart.

Finish by adding the rest of the milk jam on top.

Bake 35 minutes.
