Voici une recette parfaite pour profiter des derniers fruits d’été et des premiers fruits d’automne, j’ai nommé la pêche et la pommeJ’adore les tartes, c’est simple et bon, surtout avec une bonne pâte faite maison, mais Léa aussi adore ça, alors j’ai fait cette tarte pour un pique nique avec Léa et F.

Une bonne base de pâte sucrée pour la gourmandise, des fruits juteux et fondants par dessus et le tout saupoudré d’un peu de sucre vanillé. Cette tarte aux pêches et pommes est parfaite pour accompagner votre tasse de thé, non ?!

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • 4 apples
  • 60 g cane sugar
  • 60 g whole almond powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

For the sweet dough

  • 250 g of flour
  • 125 g of butter
  • 75 g cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt

Description

To prepare your sweet dough, work the butter and the sugar by hand so that the butter becomes "ointment". Then add the whole egg and work the mixture again. Add the flour and salt all at once and mix until you get a smooth paste..

Form a ball and refrigerate 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Spread the dough on the work surface and place it in a mold. Smooth the edges with a knife if necessary. (With the rest of the dough, cut out shapes with a cookie cutter to decorate the top of the tart)

Mix the almond powder and sugar and place the mixture on the dough.

Wash and cut the fruit into quarters.

Arrange the fruit quarters on the dough, alternating peach and apple.

Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake 35 minutes.

Good pie !
