Faire une série de photos dans un lieu qui nous est inconnu en terme de lumière est toujours un peu déstabilisant, mais c’est aussi ça sortir de sa zone de confort. Actually, cette tarte aux pommes je n’avais pas vraiment prévue de la photographier à la base, nous n’étions pas chez nous et je n’avais pas grand chose sous la main pour le stylisme. Mais quand elle est sortie du four je me suis dis que ça serait dommage de ne pas la partager avec vous. SO, je me suis sortie bouger les miches et j’ai fait un petit tour en forêt et j’ai cherché des torchons dans les tiroirs de la cuisine (yes in fact it’s a bit refined in terms of styling). Moreover, night began to fall, so I went outside on the terrace half lying on the ground… funny with my big belly ! Brief, all that to say that even if this series is not like what you usually see around here, well, I really care about it so I hope you like it as much as I do.

Ingredients
  1. 3-4 apples
  2. 150 g cooked chestnuts
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 25 cl of cream of rice
  5. 8 tbsp rice milk
  6. 1 tablespoon of sugar
  7. FOR THE DOUGH
  8. 120 g rice flour
  9. 100 g chestnut flour
  10. 1 egg
  11. 4 cl of neutral vegetable oil
  12. 5 tablespoons of water
Preparation
  1. For the dough, mix all the ingredients together in a food processor fitted with a blade or by hand to form a homogeneous dough and set aside in a cool place 15 minutes.
  2. Lower it onto a sheet of baking paper and place it in a tart mold..
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  4. Cut the peeled apples roughly into quarters and spread over the base of the pastry. Add the chopped chestnuts.
  5. Beat the eggs and sugar together then add the cream and vegetable milk, mix.
  6. Pour the mixture over the apples.
  7. If you have a little dough left you can decorate the top of the tart with.
  8. Bake 35-40 minutes.

    Indeed we see straight away that there is something different in the styling, but it's still so beautiful (and good) ! I really like the atmosphere…Bravo !
