Spring vegetable tart

Rien de plus réjouissant que des jolies bottes de légumes nouveaux qui fleurissent sur les étals des marchés. Bah oui c’est le printemps et accessoirement bientôt l’été et c’est l’occasion de se faire plaisir avec tous ces beaux légumes. Une tarte fine tout simplement et des légumes tout juste glacés pour un résultat croquant…
Choisissez une pâte feuilletée de bonne qualité, votre tarte n’en sera que meilleure !!!


A déguster avec pourquoi pas un bon fromage de chèvre frais.
Spring vegetable tart
Ingredients
- 1 rouleau de pâte feuilletée
- 1/2 botte de petits navets nouveaux
- 1/2 bunch of fresh onions
- 4 baby carrots
- 8 radish
- 50 g of butter
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1/2 bunch of chives
- Sunflower seeds, squash…
- Salt and pepper
Description
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Spread the puff pastry flat then prick it. Bake 15 minutes then reserve.
Wash the vegetables and cut them nicely and vary the volumes. Save the radish and turnip tops.
Put the vegetables in a frying pan with the butter, pinch of sugar, you sell, pepper and water halfway up. Cover the surface with a sheet of parchment paper the size of the frying pan. Leave to simmer 15 minutes.
Put the tops aside with a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and just sauté them.
Chop the chives and toast the seeds.
Arrange the tops on the bottom of the pastry then the vegetables. Put the chives and seeds on top.

Serve immediately.
