Rustic spinach pie, raisins and nuts {vegan}

Alors comme Monsieur et moi adorons les épinards (oui, vous l’avez déjà remarqué !), and this week there was spinach in our basket of vegetables so it made a simple and tasty tart with just raisins and good walnuts in it… Plus it’s vegan, so why deprive yourself ?!

And then it’s the opportunity to test the recipe for wholemeal pie crust that I proposed to you last week !!!
Rustic spinach pie, raisins and nuts {vegan}
Ingredients (pour 1 tarte)
- 500 g fresh spinach
- 100 g walnuts
- 50 g raisins
- 1 filet d’huile d’olive
- Salt and pepper
For the whole dough
- The recipe ici
Description
Make the complete pie crust as in the recipe and roll it out onto 3 mm thick.
Preheat the oven to 200° on the bottom.
Rinse the spinach in plenty of water and blanch it for 4 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain them well and roughly chop them..
Mix the spinach with the grapes, crushed walnuts and a drizzle of olive oil. Season everything with salt and pepper and put the mixture in the center of the dough. Be sure to leave 4-5 cm on the edges then fold the edges of the dough over the preparation.
Bake 30-35 minutes.

To be enjoyed hot with a good seasonal salad !
