Cheddar Broccoli and Cauliflower Tartlets

Plus it’s a good excuse to take out your tartlet molds from the back of the cupboard. (what not at your place ?! Sorry then…) !!!
Cheddar Broccoli and Cauliflower Tartlets
Ingredients (pour 6 tartlets)
- 1 puff pastry dough
- 300 g of broccoli
- 300 g of cauliflower
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 3 c. to s. heavy cream
- 1 c. at c. mustard
- Salt and pepper
Description
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Cut the cabbages into small florets and blanch them in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
Spread the puff pastry on 3 mm and cut out rounds the size of the tartlet molds. Put it in the molds, prick it with a knife and distribute the florets inside.
Mix the cream with the mustard as well as a little salt and pepper then add on top.
Finish by adding cheddar shavings.
Bake 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy hot or warm with a good crunchy salad for example. It is delicious !
