Il y a deux mois naissait la Battle food entre blogueurs grùce à Carole du trÚs trÚs joli blog Sunrise Over Sea autour du thÚme du burger. Ainsi la seconde édition autour de la pizza, avait été lancé par la sympathique Mélanie du blog Les goûters de Nanie. AprÚs de trÚs jolies réalisations autours de ces deux thÚmes nous voici présente pour la 3Úme édition.

Ce mois-ci le thĂšme Ă  Ă©tĂ© lancĂ© par la talentueuse Malak du blog Pop and Soda autour des tartelettes. SalĂ©e, sucrĂ©e, les deuxchacune doit se lancer dans sa propre interprĂ©tation, le but : s’amuser !

Voici donc notre participation Ă  cet Ă©vĂ©nement avec des tartelettes rustiques pommes et grenade que j’ai eu beaucoup de plaisir Ă  faire. Pour rester dans le thĂšme du rustique j’ai choisi de rĂ©aliser ma pĂąte Ă  la farine de seigle et c’est vraiment bon, une tartelettes ça vous tente ?!

Rustic Apple and Pomegranate Tarts

Ingredients (pour 6 tartlets)

  • 3 apples
  • 1 grenade
  • 2 c. to s. de cassonade

For the sweet dough

  • 250 g of rye flour
  • 125 g of butter
  • 60 g cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • The zest of half a lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Description

Start by preparing the dough, to do this, work the egg and sugar together then add the butter and lemon zest. Then pour in the flour all at once and form a ball of dough. Book cool 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Divide the dough into 6 puis étalez les pùtons sur 3-4 mm thick.

Lavez et coupez es pommes en quartiers puis en fines tranches. Ouvrez la grenade et séparez les grains.

Disposez les tranches de pomme sur la pĂąte puis parsemez de grains de grenade. Saupoudrez le tout de cassonade.

Bake 20 minutes.
