Peach and Orange Blossom Iced Tea

Besides, I always have some in the fridge, my little tip is to do it in the evening, this way my peach iced tea steeps all night while I sleep peacefully ! Bon, of course I recommend organic peaches (well yes it’s the kind of fruit that you don’t peel !) and the best possible orange blossom, that makes all the difference !
Come on, I'm going to drink mine, Cheers ! By the way, YOU, What’s your favorite drink of the moment? ?!

- 1 liter of water
- 4 teaspoons of loose black tea
- 2 peaches (ici 1 white and 1 jaune)
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom
- Cut the peaches into pieces.
- Steep the tea in the water with the peaches for at least 5 hours.
- Remove the tea ball and add the agave syrup and orange blossom.
- Serve well chilled.

9.7.15Tell me, little question from a girl who hates it, the infusion during 5 hours does not develop bitterness? 🙂
Thank you in advance for your response!! 🙂
Emilie
9.7.15No bitterness because the infusion is done cold !
Delia

9.7.15In my opinion… never bikini… however, I don't drink so-called tea drinks sold in supermarkets…
To be, it’s very light and no less tasty : so no qualms about drinking this real iced tea.
Right now, I drink mostly pure water and squeezed lemon with still or sparkling water sometimes ! My body says thank you 😉
Emilie
23.7.15Oh yes lemon water I love it too !

15.7.15Oh you make me want it so much ! But say, where do you find your orange blossom ? You buy ready-made water ? Or you pick the flowers yourself ?
Emilie
23.7.15I found a pretty orange blossom at the one-taste grocery store in Grenoble, it’s an artisanal Italian orange blossom water that is to die for !

22.7.15Too good ! I also tested (yes I am an avid fan). I only added a small tablespoon of orange blossom water and for me the taste was perfect like that.. Brief, it quenches your thirst, it’s healthy and delicious at the same time.
Emilie
23.7.15Ahah delighted to have a fan 😉 Thank you very much Cécile !!!

14.9.16Hello!
I'm trying your iced tea recipe with a few modifications. (the joys of the D system :p ) : I mixed simple black tea with vanilla tea (qu’on me ramène par PAQUETS de la Réunion T_T…. ) et pas de fleur d’oranger 🙁
Croisons les doigts pour que ce soit bon ^^
In any case, je sais quoi faire du stock de thé que j’ai en trop maintenant donc merci beaucoup pour l’idée =)
