Confit Cherry Tomatoes

Tomates cerises confites

Donc c’est parti pour une tournée de tomates cerises confites, oui car c’est vraiment tout mignon et vos amis/ votre chéri/ vos enfants… will be impressed by these little tomatoes out of the oven !

It's very difficult to whet your appetite with a nice dish just with a photo and you manage to whet your appetite with much less than a dish with just a few tomato branches ! Your tomatoes are like your touching photo !!!

Great minds think alike !!! It's true that it's good… thank you miss

  • Unfortunately I haven't eaten a lot of cherry tomatoes this year.. Those in my garden were attacked by mildew and those of my market gardener also suffered this disastrous weather in August.; It's a shame because I would have enjoyed such a recipe..

Yes, many producers have not escaped mildew, but around here we still managed to find some. !

Thank you very much Any ! Yes we leave the oven at 150° ! Just adapt the cooking time between 1h30 and 2h depending on the size of your cherry tomatoes !

Just like you, I love these candied cherry tomatoes! Without herbs but with a little sugar… I make a whole plate, and if there is any left, I place them in a small pot that I cover with oil. I then serve these candied tomatoes in oil as an aperitif!

Yes, great idea: sugar to break the acidity and caramelize everything !!! I also love them just like that with good bread !
